Introduction- A little bit about me and my mission.

I am a 29.5 year old female. I have been skinny my entire life...until NOW! Over the past 15 years I have taken for granted how lean and thin I was and developed some really poor lifestyle habits. I eat fast food 5-7 times a week and I don't exercise at all. In fact I HATE GYM & GYM HATES ME!

My typical day looks like this. I wake up at 7:30 and I usually don't eat breakfast. I go to work and sit for 8 hours and do only computer work, I don't eat any snacks so when lunch time comes I am starving. At 12pm -1pm I go find fast food to eat, it's usually a burger or a big giant burrito. I then go home at about 5:30 eat a bunch of snacks as I make dinner or watch hours of YouTube videos and then sit down and eat a fairly larger dinner at about 8pm. I wake up and do it all over again.

Recently I have noticed some changes in my body, although I am still thin compared to most people, I feel the beginning of the end approaching. Most of my pants are really tight around the midsection pushing my new fat up and out and digging into my abdomen. Its incredibly uncomfortable and relief occurs only when I unbutton my pants or just take them off. A noticeable muffin top has developed as well fat along the bra line and back area, and cellulite in the upper thighs. So instead of increasing my pant size I've decided to be proactive and change my lifestyle.

I am going to eat better (no more fast food), drink more water, and exercise regularly. By far out of the 3 goals establishing a regular exercise routine will be the most difficult. Why? Because I HATE GYM & GYM HATES ME! Going to the gym is worse than nails on a chalk board... cotton balls on dry hands...loud eating.... a sick person sniffing up their boogers...etc.

I developed this blog to help me track my progress, share my triumphs and failures with all the feelings associated with them. This goal is very plausible and I will be able to achieve it. I will need to set realistic goals and stay motivated, determined and committed. I will not post my weight , BMI or % body fat. Instead I will track my progress with inches lost or gained, how my clothes are fitting me and my overall mood/feelings. Any feedback and constructive advice will be greatly accepted!

Sincerly,
Moi
